School Entries: All school entries must be delivered to the Show Office (0457 277 246) one week prior to the Show. Any Junior Art entries received after this deadline will be entered into Section U – Fine Arts.

Entries Close 12:00pm Wednesday (Show Week)

• Section UA: Photography
• Section U: Fine Arts

All exhibits for these sections must be delivered to the Pavilion by 12:00pm Wednesday of Show Week.

Friday Morning Drop-Offs

Entries in the sections above may be delivered to the Cobley Pavilion before 9:00am on Show Day.

Important: Please collect your entry tickets by Thursday afternoon and ensure they are attached to exhibits before delivery on Friday morning.
