Only authorised personnel are permitted in the judging area while judging is underway. Any exhibitor or person who interferes with a Judge, disputes a Judge's decision during judging, or behaves inappropriately towards any Judge, Steward, or Show Official may be removed from the grounds and have their exhibits disqualified.
Exhibitors must accept the decisions of the appointed Judges. Any protest must be lodged in writing with the Secretary before 6:00pm on Show Day, clearly stating the grounds for the protest and accompanied by a $50 fee. The fee will be forfeited if the protest is not upheld. The Committee's decision on all protests is final.
The Canowindra Show Society accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, mis-delivery, or accident involving exhibits.
Exhibits must not be removed before 4:00pm unless permission has been obtained from the Secretary or the relevant Section Steward.
Prize money and trophies should be collected during the Show. Competitors who fail to participate in the Grand Parade may forfeit their prize money.
Prize money can be collected from the Secretary's Office during the Show. Payments subject to a protest will be made once the matter has been resolved.
